The Playbook designs interactions between providers and people, their audiences, that will have the most influence, and avoid unneccesary, unhelpful communications, or unliked elements of the experiences.

As the provider, you must have the Playbook to achieve what you need, and to provide the value they expect. You also can not afford to invest in the interactions that are not helpful, or valuable, and just cost you time, energy and money you don't have.​​
