THE place of INTERACTIONS

The Playbook designs interactions to occur between providers and  their audiences, in environments that will have the most influence, whether physically or online, these interaction need to have an effect. In person or digital platforms that serve the needs of the audience, and you. 

Creating the interactions that will provide the most value, the experiences in the locations that will have the most impact. 

As the provider, you must provide journeys in moments that achieve what you need, and to provide the interactions they expect. You can not afford to invest in the locations and platforms that are attractive or helpful, or in fact have a negative outcome.
