This simple question is important as the interactions your audience have with what you offer will influence what they do (or will not do) with you.


And the critical thing to keep in mind is that itโ€™s more likely people will have an emotional rather than a considered response to what you are putting in front of them (or they are hearing about).

Thatโ€™s because psychologists tell us that whilst we think that we are logical beings and that we have full control of our thoughts and emotions, itโ€™s actually the other way around.
